game is "lagging out" when extracting happened 2 raids in a row lost all loot i went in with and the 4 keys we opened in those 2 raids. i click continue waiting and it just reappears 5 seconds later

If you haven't already done so, then you may wish to look into Optimizing Connections and performing Network Troubleshooting. Often, steps like these help to prevent incidents such as this from recurring.

I was a teammate in this matter and i can confirm WE lost 2 purple kits and loot from the keys

it is not a connection issue this has now happened a 3rd time after extracting how am i meant to play this game when im literally extracting and still losing everything
I extracted with a legendary piece of weapon gear yesterday and other great loot, and my whole team got the same error message. This was the first time I used a key on the greenhouse lab and I brought in excellent gear including a green sniper rifle. Our whole team lost all our gear as we waited continuously, but it did not help. I never experienced any issues with connection until the recent patch. It was so disheartening that I’m going to take a break from the game before playing again.
