this might be a key problem on dire and perim as i think all times its happened to use we have opened keys however there has been raids where we have opened keys and extracted

ive had this happen 4 times now and bungie just tells me its my connection happened to my entire squad lost 12 purple kits from it now but they just say its a player issue and you get nothing back

it is not a connection issue this has now happened a 3rd time after extracting how am i meant to play this game when im literally extracting and still losing everything

prev rep. bungie said its "my connection" 3 of us are freezing watching others freeze then extracted safely just to met with the image below

game is "lagging out" when extracting happened 2 raids in a row lost all loot i went in with and the 4 keys we opened in those 2 raids. i click continue waiting and it just reappears 5 seconds later
