consistently getting error code basil and paprika; fault of CGNAT?
I'm consistently getting these error codes and my matchmaking always takes 5+ minutes seemingly because of connection issues despite other South East Asians getting quick matches. This also happens when merely trying to get to the main menu. It's ridiculous to expect most people not to be behind CGNAT and despite my ISP properly supporting IPv6, the game doesn't use it. Trying to use a gaming VPN like Mudfish only mitigates the problem a little and it changes my error rate from 4/5 failure rate to 3/5... Not sure what to do here besides requesting a refund unless there's a solution for this.
Running the game from Steam on Windows 11 25h2 from the Globe ISP in the Philippines. Bungie account in-game is Someone64#1906.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you’re encountering the PAPRIKA and BASIL Error Codes, please try logging out of the game and back in to see if it resolves the issue.
In the absence of scheduled maintenance, Paprika errors are indicative of network issues. These can be caused by problems affecting your specific network hardware, packet loss, or greater issues affecting your ISP which are being passed on to you.
To that point, we recommend consulting our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions. If that doesn't help, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page. Following that, if issues still persist, we would recommend reaching out to your ISP for more hands-on assistance in troubleshooting your network setup.
Again, I have no issues with packet loss and such in other games or connection issues like I get with this game. Logging out and back in does not help. I can barely even log in as it errors out over half the time. I cannot use uPnP or anything that involves opening ports because I am behind CGNAT, like most people with an internet connection in the third world/using mobile internet. My ISP will not give me a static IP from which I can port forward without my internet bill becoming over twice as expensive (yes, I called them).
I also found out I am not eligible to refund the game even if I spent most of my in-game hours just troubleshooting the issue. I'd like an answer on whether or not 1: the game will eventually support IPv6 for its servers and 2: there are any plans from the development team regarding alternatives to getting around NAT issues.
