I made another post about this - https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/47206624666132-Missing-All-Server-Slam-Rewards-Twitch-Drops-Xbox-Charms-After-Name-Change-Bug-and-Linking-Overwrite-Nova-0609 and unfortunately your support team said all my Server Slam rewards are permanently lost because I chose Steam progress whilst re-linking which overwrote the Xbox data, which seems like an incredibly flawed system as it should be tied to the Bungie profile, not platform and shared regardless of linking Steam, but I digress.
I only played the Server Slam on Xbox. I never logged into the full Marathon game on Xbox prior to linking. Because of that I assumed all rewards and participation were tied directly to my Bungie.net profile not to one platform slot so was under the assumption there'd be absolutely nothing tied to my Xbox side in the full game because it should be tied to my Bungie account which I was linking to Steam.
The overwrite warning is also only on the website Cross Save Guide and being told to suck it up and read the fine print is pretty unfortunate. It does not appear anywhere in game, so for days I was playing unaware this would be an issue.
I put in many hours playing the Server Slam on Xbox and then more playing the full game on Steam. Not to mention watching Twitch streams for the drops. I also bought the Deluxe Edition on Steam. For that I would like my earned rewards restored to the account, it can't be impossible to simply mail those rewards to my account, especially my Twitch drops.
Missing items:
- Server Slam cosmetics (Complex Study emblem, Beta.exe background)
- Xbox console exclusive charms (Emerald Clutch, Emerald Catch)
- All Server Slam Twitch Drops
- All Launch Twitch Drops (March 5-9)
Twitch drops especially should stay with the Bungie.net account since they are delivered there after claiming on Twitch, so I don't understand why I haven't received them.
Please review my Bungie account Nova#0609 linked to my Xbox Nova Sov and restore the cosmetics, emblems, charms and Twitch drops.

Thanks for reaching out.
When you linked your accounts and chose Steam progression, you overwrote your previous Xbox progression. This overwrite is permanent, and we no longer have access to the data that held your Server Slam rewards, Xbox charms and any associated entitlements.
Twitch drops are claimed on your Bungie.net account, but they are delivered to the currently linked profile at the time. If that Xbox profile that claimed them was overwritten, those drops can’t be re‑issued or moved to another platform account or Bungie profile.
When choosing which save file to keep, the game clearly asks you to confirm your choice: As per our Cross-Save guide:
