Paprika Error - Can't even log-in

I get this error each time I try to log-in and can't play. What is going on? Have only been able to play for a single day.

    Thanks for reaching out! Please try restarting the game and check out our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting this error. Please also be sure to close any VPN or other network-interfering software before opening the game if you have any.
