Silk not accruing when exfil

I started with zero silk after purchasing rewards. Since then I have yet to accrue any more. I have completed contracts and successfully extfil and leveled up but I am still at zero silk.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Each time you reach a new runner level you should earn 10 SILK. 

    The next time that you reach a new runner level could you record a video showing that you get no SILK?

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here.

    We will also need to know:

    • Your Platform
    • Approximate times of your recent level‑ups and extractions
    • Screenshots of your home screen (showing your Runner level), Rewards Pass page, and your currency bar
