Did not receive level 75 veteran reward from S1

I hit level 75 a week before reset. I ended on 75. I got the rewards up to level 50 in Season 2. I see other posts for same issue so throwing my profile in the bin as another incident.

Silk not accruing when exfil

I started with zero silk after purchasing rewards. Since then I have yet to accrue any more. I have completed contracts and successfully extfil and leveled up but I am still at zero silk.
