Lost all my gear during the start of server maintance

  • Bungie Account Name - Wurstherr#2579
    Platform - Steam
  • Description of Issue - Right before we were ready to extract with my team we got disconnected due to the start of server maintenance and couldn't reconnect. Lost all gear.
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 11/03/2026 at roughly 4:30 GMT +5.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the report.

    As per our Network Troubleshooting Guide:

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
