Game reset all my progress
I logged in with my ps5 account yesterday, linked my steam account. Played on PS5 all day after linking my accounts. When I logged into the game this morning, everything was reset.

Marathon Cross-Save requires you to link your Platform accounts to your Bungie profile For further help check this Guide: Account Creation and Linking Guide.
Once you have that set up, if multiple linked platform accounts each have their own Marathon progress, you’ll be asked which one to keep. The others’ progress is deleted and replaced by the chosen account’s progress.
If you had previously played on both your PS5 account and your Steam account before linking, you would have been prompted to select one of the accounts progress.
If the accounts were already linked before you started playing Marathon, then there would have been no prompt and progress should easily transfer between both accounts.
The other reason why your progress may be missing is that you are logging into a different Bungie account or on a Platform account that isn’t linked to the same Bungie profile.
