Error code when loading into the game

Every time i try to load into the game i get error msg. The code is W:8:00002EF1. Does anyone know how to fix this

    Thanks for reaching out! As this could be a network-related error, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting.

    Please also see our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide to double-check that your system meets the current minimum specs. If it does, please try installing the game on another disk (if possible) to rule out potential hardware issues.
