Error Code: Nightingale
Tried playing the game at launch on my PS5 and only receive the error code Nightingale. Upon completing all the troubleshooting steps multiple times. I still receive this error code. This happens every time I launch the game and begin to sign in. I have played the recent Server Slam and got into and played the game with no issues at all. So I got in contact with PlayStation and they told me there is nothing wrong with my account and that I should contact the game publisher. Decided to check if it possibly resolved this morning and it still shows up. Hoping to receive human assistance and not a bot response please.

If the errors persist despite going through all the troubleshooting on our Nightingale page as you mentioned, we would then suggest paying particular attention to the "Additional Troubleshooting" section at the bottom of the page. You may have to troubleshoot your device for malfunctioning or damaged hardware.
