No, in order to play the game on both Xbox and on PC you would need to have a copy of the game for each platform that you would like to play on.
If you were to purchase the game on Xbox and on PC you can use Cross Save to share your Marathon account, including your progress and gear, across any platform linked to your Bungie Profile
Hello Bungie I hope all is well. Is there any plans for Marathon to have update for Xbox play anywhere? If not, I would be happy to buy it again on Xbox/Microsoft pc store like Destiny 2 is on there if made available for purchase. I am loving what you have created and can't get enough of Marathon :) 💚💙
