Maxed CPU usage / Low GPU usage

i'm on a laptop and gpu usually sits around 20-40% with maxed cpu usage

lowering graphics from max to min (both at UP DLSS) gets my frames from 45-55 to 55-70 @ 1080p

all other anti aliasing options give worse results

11th gen intel core i7-11800H 

Geforce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU

16GB 3200mhz RAM

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out! While it may be possible to play on certain laptop configurations, we do not officially support them per our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide.

    Hello, I am also getting the same really low FPS. 

    Specs:
    CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 155H
    32GB DDR5 5600Mhz
    RTX 4070m

    I know you don't officially support laptop configs, but it'd be cool if you did. I travel a lot for work and am home maybe 8 days out of the month. I've played many hours of Destiny 2 and I am really enjoying this game, even as a PvE main. Whatever you guys can do to make it run better will surely be appreciated. Definitely by me.
