    Maxed CPU usage / Low GPU usage

    i'm on a laptop and gpu usually sits around 20-40% with maxed cpu usage lowering graphics from max to min (both at UP DLSS) gets my frames from 45-55 to 55-70 @ 1080p all other anti aliasing option...
