Game Crash on Traxus Contract: Unsanctioned Hostilities 4/5

On Outpost with my trio I had hit the first initial scan for Unsanctioned Hostilities 4/5 in Command Wing. After a couple seconds all of our games crashed. When loading back in it gave us a voice chat error, and then crashed again when my friend (Pibble12) tried to lower the red barricade. The second set of clips shows the same thing happening in a new lobby. This affected my whole team but unsure if it also affected the whole lobby as well.
