Voice chat broken

Crew chat/proximity chat is broken in game and in lobby, and has been broken consistently since launch. Reinstalling the game used to fix it temporarily, but it no longer does. My microphone settings are correct. Currently it shows my mic input blinking rapidly while sitting in the lobby. No input comes through my mic, but my mic works fine in all other applications.

Review the steps in our Audio & Voice Troubleshooting guide.
In Windows, search for Microphone Privacy Settings and make sure Marathon appears under "Let apps access your microphone."
