Lost my items due to bugs.
While in Cryo archive, we hit a vault, and as we were leaving, we hit the exfil terminal with around 5 minutes left. As soon as I pressed the exfil terminal, all 3 of us “lagged out” it didn’t kick me right away, I was just rubber banding while it was saying “connecting to marathon servers” I made it all the way to exfil waiting for my teammates to join back, and then I got kicked out for ONE MINUTE and I joined back and I was completely dead and one of my teammates was dead too and the other one running for his life after reconnecting. Needless to say, none of us made it out and I would like my stuff back. Like for real, I was by the exfil waiting, no bots no nothing but I disconnect because of servers, and come back a minute later and I was dead. I have the whole thing recorded and would love to send it to you.

If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed troubleshooting steps, just to rule out any potential networking issues and to prevent similar disconnects from reoccurring. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
