Increasing MIDA faction rank from 19 to 20 with CARRI reputation package prevents decryption of next priority contract.

I purchased a MIDA reputation package from the Armory using CyberAcme/CARRI commendations, which increased my MIDA faction rank from 19 to 20. After doing so, I was not able to decrypt the next set of priority of contracts that were said to unlock at rank 20. Instead, the priority contract card remained covered with the "Contracts Depleted" artwork, with the text "_gantry will assign you new priority contracts at ." (note the missing rank in the text), and could not be interacted with. I was able to decrypt the next set of contracts after closing and restarting Marathon (Notably though, when I did so, the game then crashed part way into the conversation with _gantry - when I again had restarted the game, the priority contract Truth/Lies [1/6] was available for me. I don't know if this is a separate or related issue).

Reproduction:
- With faction MIDA, reach rank 19 and earn enough rep to be within 500 rep points of reaching rank 20.
- Purchase a MIDA reputation package using CyberAcme Commendations from the CyberAcme page of the Armory.
- View the MIDA faction contracts screen to see that the priority contract card still shows the "Contracts Depleted" image.
