Outpost glitch lost gear teammates couldn’t revive

Fell off pier. My bag didn’t materialize on the ground. Teammates unable to revive me because they couldn’t reach me. List a ton of gear. Appreciate if I could get it back.

Will do. Hoping it doesn’t happen again. Does this mean I don’t get my stuff back?
If you can’t gather the inventory information in my bag, to the best of my recollection I had a bully smg, a shotgun, a blue shield, a 16x backpack. One Assassin specific core (I believe the one that extends the length of my shroud but am not sure) and a couple of implants. Would appreciate if they could be traded someway (like Embark does in Arc Raiders with their glitches). Is that possible in Marathon? Thanks.

The video is for bug reporting and it would be passed on to the dev team for investigation.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
