Controller Disconnect

The game keeps saying my controller has disconnected even when I am connected via USB?

    • Does this issue still persist if you try a different USB port or a different USB cable?
    • What controller are you using to play Marathon with?
    • What platform are you experiencing this on?
    • What is your Bungie Account Name?
    • Does this happen only on menus or also in-game?
