Wesel Error

Hello, I've been booted off your server 3 times in the last 40 minutes and lost some really nice loot. I'd really like to have this refunded please.

    Error code: WEASEL typically signifies you’re encountering a broad networking problem. We recommend you refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions to your problem. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide did not help.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

  • What a shame. My connection is fantastic as it always has been. PC connected to 5G hardwired fiberoptic. There was obviously broad server sided connectivity issues as you can look at many of the reports on here are connectivity issues.
