Crew voice chat and proximity chat not working PS5
I have not been able to use crew or proximity chat since launch. I have the exact same settings both on the PS5 system itself and in game as my friends. My friends can hear each other perfectly fine and their proximity chat works for them too. I cannot get any voice function to work for me. I've tried restoring licenses, uninstall/install, and checked various other posts and the troubleshooting guide but nothing works. Any ideas or help?? Thanks!

We understand crew and proximity chat aren't working for you. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this may have had. Just to confirm, you're saying you performed the steps in our Audio & Voice Troubleshooting guide, but are still experiencing this issue?
If that is the case, then please let us know the model of mic you're using, and describe in detail what happens in-game when you attempt to use crew and proximity chat. We'll then review and see what else we may hopefully be able to recommend.
