Unsaction Hostilities [2/5] doesn't state it "In a single run"
Despite this, progression cannot be shared between runs, on top of this, it does not state u need to exfil to complete in the menu. But in game it states u must exfil to complete the 2nd objective of the contract.
UPDATE: It saves progress on exfil so it can be completed in multiple runs, however progress from the current run will not count if u fail to exfil
