Salvage Tracking Not Functioning

First, I need to state that I started tracking a few salvage items in the first two days of the Server Slam, and it was working to all my expectations down to knowing where to go on the map to retrieve them.
That being said, since Saturday I have not been able to 'Untrack' any of those items. I have attempted to perform the actions on my mouse & keyboard after my Xbox Elite 2 controller was not responding to the button press. Neither inputs would be accepted and remain unchanged. I have attempted on the vault screen on the items as well as in the game menu under 'Tracked Items'. 'Tracked Items' screen in game menu appears to duplicate all of the items with the same amounts, some with 3 slots. When i 'Untrack' here one of the slots is removed, however the remaining never goes away. If i 'Track' the same item that remains the previous removed item slot returns, totaling the 2-3 max slot that was already there.
I can presently 'Track' a different salvage item such as the 'Unstable Lead' and be able to immediately 'Untrack' it. This works. So, it appears something has only locked previously tracked items. while also duplicating their slots and counts on the tracked items screen.
Saturday-Present 11:18AM CST
I tracked the 'Unstable Diode', 'Unstable Gunmetal', 'Unstable Biomass', and 'Unstable Gel'. Then selecting any one of those items in the Vault and Tracked Items menu screen results in no change.
