Striped decals flickering

If its GPU related, I have an AMD Radeon RX7600 XT
Some striped decals in Perimeter start flickering when you zoom in on them or are zoomed out.
To reproduce go to East of Overflow from Columns and look at the main buildings decals, zoom in and out to see the flickering.
