M77 Codex Entry

Is the M77 Codex entry even possible to achieve?

"Get an elimination from 65+ meters away while scoped"

The stock rifle has a range of 46 meters...and it doesn't have a scope option. Even with blue mods I can barely get a range over 50 meters.
