Didn’t get Compiler skin for Assassin

Got compiler kill last season on assassin, provided details for it and got no response. I know that there have been layoffs, but if bungie wants any chance of retaining the few players still in marathon, there needs to be more of a priority on fixing these actual in game issues than wasting time with more micro transactions etc. This problem of not being awarded compiler skin for the kill and exfil is a known glitch for many players, and it seems the issue has not been fixed for most of them either. There are less than 5k players consistently on steam, this should not be hard to adjust for those of us with this complaint.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did you exfil successfully?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    Platform is steam, date and time was June 1st around 11 pm. Can’t quite recall if crew started the encounter. The fight did involve multiple crews though. I did personally hit the compilers exposed weak spot when exposed many times. I tried to screen record the whole run even before compiler, but the recording software was conflicting with the game, and wouldn’t allow me to record. We did exfil successfully. My crew did get the skin, but I wasn’t pre queuing with them, so we weren’t friended. The missing reward was the skin and the codex progress. Side note: since the recording software wasn’t letting me record, I did take a photo of my character with the biotox weapon equipped.
