Locked in processing armory
I can send the game clip but I got locked in the armory room, after opening it it started a lockdown with no way to open red gates, I lost about 30k worth of items and 25 minutes of my hard earned time in game would appreciate if I can get it back especially since I have less than 100k vault value. Very frustrating

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
