Disconnected upon mission exfil with two teammates.
Hi, I was disconnected at the very end of the match, like 2 minutes before exfil, we were right next to the greenhouse exfil when I got disconnected. It was not a problem with my internet since I could still talk with my team via Discord. Because game couldn't reconnect for some reason I didn't exfil and my team did and I lost all I got in that run which was quite a lot. Please, is there any way to restore my stuff? It happened at 18:20 CET. Its extremely frustrating after putting so much time into the game and it seems to happen a lot recenty.

When you were disconnected, what error code or error message did you see on screen? Also, were there any red or white icons in the upper right corner of the screen before this happened?
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
