Team up 6x players on Cryo

Hello,

I am writing to report a severe breach of competitive integrity and explicit matchmaking abuse in Marathon.

For two consecutive matches on the Cryo my squad was completely wiped out and we lost a massive amount of valuable loot due to an 6-man pre-made team. These players are intentionally manipulating matchmaking to enter the same lobby as two separate squads, operating together as a single 6-man unit to hunt down legitimate players. In one match, it was a pre-made stack of Russian players teaming up, and in the second match, it was a stack of foreign players

I have clear video evidence of this abuse. The footage explicitly shows two separate teams walking together on the high ground, perfectly coordinated, hunting us down without engaging each other.

If for some reason the video is not enough, I demand that you thoroughly investigate the logs for my recent matches on Cryo Archive. I have already submitted in-game reports against these players, but the current report system feels completely useless and feels like it has no impact.

Furthermore, I must address the completely broken state of your matchmaking system. It is absolutely unfair that my squad (Bronze tier, levels 100-150) is being matched against Level 300 Apogee  players. Combined with the 6-man exploit, the game is currently unplayable.

I have been in love with this game since the very first cinematic trailer and pre-ordered it immediately without hesitating to spend my money. To see the game in this state due to cheaters and broken matchmaking is deeply disappointing. I expect a thorough investigation, immediate permanent bans for the players involved in this collusion, and a prompt response regarding this matter.
