Support Ticket Marked Solved, But Deluxe Edition Issue Is Still Not Resolved

I'm hoping someone from Bungie can take another look at my account.
My support ticket keeps getting marked as Solved, but I haven't actually received a response that resolves the issue.
This is regarding the Marathon Deluxe Edition issue during Open Play Week.
I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition on June 3 through the PlayStation Store. When I added the game to my cart and reviewed the store listing, there was no disclaimer stating that the purchase did not include the base game. My PlayStation receipt also clearly shows that I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition.
After Open Play Week ended, I lost access to the game because my account only has the Deluxe Upgrade entitlement and not the Marathon base game.
My initial support response stated that I "missed the window" and was not eligible to receive the base game. Sony support confirmed that I am eligible though.
However, what has me extremely confused is that I've now seen multiple people here on the forums receive game codes yesterday who purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition on June 3 and even June 4. Some of them even shared their receipts showing those purchase dates.
That is why I believe there has either been a mistake or my account was simply overlooked.
If players who purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition on the same day as me, and even a day after me, have now received the base game as promised, I don't understand why my account was determined to be ineligible.
I'm not asking for anything different than what those players received. I'm simply asking that someone please review my account again and verify whether a mistake was made. Based on the information I've seen, my case does not appear to be consistent with how other affected players have been handled.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could investigate this further.
