Not receiving purchased Faction Reputation Pack from the C.A.R.R.I.

There have been multiple times where I have bought faction reputation from C.A.R.R.I. and nothing happens. It's takes my credits but doesn't give me the reputaion. I purchase to vault and it does nothing.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Which faction rep pack you bought
    • Whether you bought it to vault or backpack
    • Your exact faction rep before buying it and after buying/using it
    • A video showing your current rep, the purchase and the after rep value
    • Whether restarting the game or completing another run changed anything

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    I restarted the game and the console. I used all Reward Pass Credits also to clear out anything. I saw online that it could help solve the issue. Also completed contracts to see if it would help cycle things through.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for sending the videos over. 

    What we still need to confirm is whether the 500 faction rep is actually being applied. If possible, could you please send one new clip, showing your faction rep and credits immediately before and after a purchase of a rep pack this week?

    That before-and-after comparison will help us verify whether the rep is not being granted.
