Lost purple sponsor kit to server crash

Just got done killing 2 teams and the server crashes, which is all fine. But when we got back to the lobby I seen I lost my entire kit due to this error. This doesn’t seem fair considering the hours you had to log to unlock it in the first place.
If it can be refunded, that’s be awesome. I know you guys are doing your best to get this game we love running smoothly, but I figured it’s worth a try to get this fixed.

Thank you for the report.
When you mention server crash, which error code or error message are you receiving in game when this happens? Does the game crash to desktop or close?
We're seeing a rise in Weasel and Anteater error codes are currently investigating.

This was on xbox. It was the anteater code. Essentially game just started lagging badly with my player stuck in place and then the error screen popped up.

Thanks for your patience.
The issue with the servers has been resolved through a maintenance patch.
All players that logged in on June 2nd between 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT, will receive the following 7 Sponsored Kits:
The kits have been delivered to the in-game mailboxes of affected players and split into two messages.
