Server/matchmaking issues
Lost all my hard-earned loot during my run because of bungie's server instability even when I tried joining back. Would like a solution or my items returned to me as soon as possible.

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If you experience disconnects often, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for further troubleshooting.
