Server Maintenance at the end of successful Cryo Archive Run did not finalize

My team and I completed our cryo archive run and exfiled successfully. The run could not finalize because server maintenance started. We lost of all our gold weapons, shield and bags and my final challenge progression for Graverobber title was not recorded due to the server maintenance. My Bungie ID is Baked Panda#4374.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Whether the whole crew was affected or only you
    • Any screenshots or video showing the maintenance notice, end-of-run/results screen, or missing Graverobber progress
    • Any exact messages you saw at the end of the run, such as Run Complete, Eliminated, Neural Link Severed, or similar
    • Did you see any other messages or error codes?

    You can upload any footage that you have to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    We successfully open Cryo Archive 5 and defeated the compiler.

    • Platform - Xbox Series X
    • Description of Issue - My team and I completed our cryo archive run and exfiled successfully. The run could not finalize because server maintenance started. We lost of all our gold weapons, shield and bags and my final challenge progression for Graverobber title was not recorded due to the server maintenance.
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - June 1, 2026 started run around 1:05-1:10pm and ended around 1:35pm EST.
    • Repro steps - We completed Cryo archive 5 and defeated the compiler. We exfiled and it was server maintenance.

    Good luck getting anything here, they just ask you for more information, then never follow up with anything meaningful.

    The screen stayed dark at the end. Until it said at the bottom in red, "Connecting to Servers" then it timed out to an error screen like this. I waited for the maintenance to end around 4pm EST to hit Continue waiting but it did not finalize so I returned to lobby.
