Compiler Kill No Codex or Skin Unlock

I defeated the Compiler last night and exfiled with the Biotoxic Disinjector and two Compiler Ganglions; however, I did not unlock the codex progress nor did I receive the skin for Destroyer. My two teammates did receive the skins and did receive the Codex progress.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    Hello! Thank you for getting back to me,

    Date and time of encounter: May 31, 2026 at ~1:30 am ET 

    My crew started the encounter and completed every step along the way (dna card, batteries, etc.) and I was the primary person to deal damage during the fight and personally hit the Compiler's weak spot when exposed. Sadly, I do not have any videos or screenshots of the fight.

    The two people I ran with did receive the skin and Codex entry from that same run. Their IDs are: Modded Weapons#2413 (Triage) and streetkorn#4118 (Recon).

    As for rewards, I did not receive the skin nor the Codex progress for the Compiler; however, I did receive the reward for "Beyond the Crimson Veil" which I believe is related.

    There are posts in the discord in March about this happening with no response. Why should we believe that now, the day before the season resets, they are going to fix this?

    The more I have looked into it, the more I realize getting our skins / codex completion is extremely unlikely at this point, which is very disappointing.

    I'll just uninstall for the time-being since it doesn't seem to be a priority.
