Killed Compiler, no skin or codex entry

My bungie name is #b5287 I completed compiler with a several other squads, I successfully exfilled, as well as did considerable damage to the compiler, as well as interacted with the mechanics of the fight to start damage phase, im just wanting my skin, I was playing thief, my run was roughly at 6:45pm est, I as well need my codex entry for the kill, please and thank you bungie I love you all so much

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did you exfil successfully?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    There are posts in the discord in March about this happening with no response. Why should we believe that now, the day before the season resets, they are going to fix this?

    The more I have looked into it, the more I realize getting our skins / codex completion is extremely unlikely at this point, which is very disappointing.

    I'll just uninstall for the time-being since it doesn't seem to be a priority.
