Server connection lost in final exfil
19 seconds left 10 meters away from extract waiting for the last 10 to move in and bam server side connection lost tried 2 times to reconnect never went out of game completely sent back to lobby after the timer ran out. I was alone no bots no players on solo with tons of golds and purples. Can I please get my loot back its ridiculous that this happened I don't even know if I was standing in final exfil would I kept my gear please fix this its hard enough with sweats,cheaters, glitch exploits losing gear this was a server issue not my internet I checked it.

It sounds like you experienced some brief network issues at an unfortunate time. These can be caused by problems affecting your specific network hardware, packet loss, or greater issues affecting your ISP which are being passed on to you. Further, all of this is possible even if your connection seems fine at a glance.

Following that, if issues still persist, we would recommend reaching out to your ISP for more hands-on assistance in troubleshooting your network setup.
Regarding the lost loot, we're unable to manually return lost loot, but we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Don't have a video of it because of capture having to be turned off due to sluggish input I do have a picture of what I lost though
This was not my side I have 200$ internet everything else was running fine I use wired internet not wifi on top of that. Whatever crashes that were happening due server side connection was the same type of issue as soon as the game ended I was back in lobby character screen so Whatever happened happened because I was in game not fluctuations from my ISP. I already pretty much gave up on this loot but you guys really should think of a way to give player who lose loot from these instances something like maybe give us 25% of loot value in credits so if I had 40k I now get 10k. Easy fix on should apply when you miss final exfil from connection issues.
