Vault 6 missing cube. Can we get it if I send proof?
Dear Bungo
I think this is where I ask for help but in essence me and my friends did a Cryo vault 6 run, and the cube was unable to be grabbed. I actually recorded my gameplay since it was our first cryo 6 run and I wanted to document it. If I sent the video as proof, may I get me and my friends the cube?

Support is not able to grant or restore specific in-run items like the Vault 6 cube. However, your footage is still really valuable for us for investigating and resolving potential bugs.
You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

I already knew of the bug so I glanced over it, but basically I know that it is not able to be picked up but if your inventory is full it shows that you can pick it up (even if you cannot).
