give me and my team back are loot
we dropped tags at the end of compiler and they got stuck in crate we could not pick them up and we didn't have enough to open exfil door and died. end of run time 17:23 UK time on the 3/05/26
all are bungie ID's

If you are able to replicate this or encounter it again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
