9k rip-off - 10k kits equipped as 1k kits

- Rough Date and Time of issue - First time I noticed it was 5/1/2026, but I have "purchased" 10k kits before

I just purchased a few 10k sponsored kits, and was equipped with a 1k kit instead. I can see the toast of 10,000 credits being removed, and then am only equipped with 1k kits. This happened with Nucaloric and MIDA kits today, 5/1/2026.

Based on the video, the kit is working correctly. When you bought the Deluxe MIDA Sponsored Kit for 10,000 credits, you did get the full deluxe loadout it advertised. The “1k” number you see in the UI isn’t the price you paid, it’s a separate loadout value we use for balance and for modes that cap loadout value, so it will be lower than the 10k cost even though your gear is correct.
How is this different than the free Cryo kit, which is valued at 5k? I'm unable to use the 10k kit to get into Cryo?

For Cryo Archive specifically, there are extra loadout rules. Cryo doesn’t allow faction Sponsored Kits at all, so a Deluxe kit won’t help get you into Cryo Archive even if it looks like it meets the loadout value requirement. The only kit Cryo Archive allows is the free Cryo Archive Sponsored kit.
Ok, thanks for the explanation. An in-game specific notice of that would be nice. I must have missed it if it's in there.
