CARRI Deluxe Salvage Crate
ID: C4ST13L#9682 (Steam) Problem: Didnt receive Unstable Lead after purchasing the Crate, even tho it popped up in the bottom right multiple times. Also had the same feeling with previous Crates.
Note: Its unclear which amount of Items your getting, in addition the popups in the bottom right are too fast, pretty bad user experience

How many C.A.R.R.I. Deluxe Salvage Crates did you buy that day?: Not sure anymore, max. 2
Can you confirm you bought the C.A.R.R.I. Deluxe Salvage Crate from the C.A.R.R.I. Armory for CyberAcme Commendations?: Yes
Did you notice if the commendations were actually deducted from your balance when you bought the crate(s)?: Yes
Did you open the crate(s) immediately after purchase in the Armory, or later from another menu (e.g., Vault)?: The create was opened automatically after i bought it, as it usually happened for me.
When the rewards popped up in the bottom-right corner, do you remember:
The exact item names you saw (e.g., “Unstable Lead x1”): I saw different grey salvage items, but unstable lead popped up around 4-5 times.
Approximately how many times Unstable Lead appeared?: 4-5 time
After that, when you checked your Salvage:
How many Unstable Lead did you expect to have?: I am not sure, since there are no indicators like in the popups (like x1, x5)
How many Unstable Lead do you actually see now? I had 72 Unstable Lead after opening it. Before i was pretty sure that i had around 70 Unstable Lead already.
In retrospective it could be that i had like 68 and the crate just added 4, before making the post i thought like the crate would give way more grey Salvage since it costs 50 points, if one popup is intended to stand for 1 grey salvage for the Deluxe Crate, my perception might have been wrong. If so, sorry for wasting your time.
Did any other salvage rewards from those crates seem missing or wrong, or is it only Unstable Lead that feels off?
Only Unstable Lead seemed to be too low, but since i didnt record it, i cant 100% confirm it.
You mentioned it might have happened with previous crates too—do you remember rough dates/timeframes for those, and do you have any older clips or screenshots?: I dont remember dates for the other crates, also no recordings sadly. But it always felt like i am getting nearly nothing out of it in general, maybe its an wording issue in the Deluxe Crate description, what does a stack even mean? Stack sizes are different per rarity, so i would have assumed to get like a mix of 25 epics or a mix of 50 blues and so on, that might have been my fault tho and i misunderstood it.

Based on how the C.A.R.R.I. Deluxe Salvage Crate is currently set up, what you describe sounds consistent with the intended behavior rather than a bug. Each popup in the bottom‑right generally represents a single unit of salvage being granted (for example, “Unstable Lead” appearing several times in a row usually means you received a few individual pieces, not a large stack at once). If you were already holding ~70 Unstable Lead, getting only a few more from a crate can definitely feel like “almost nothing” when you check your total afterward.
