Bug Report: CARRI rank xp packages not working

This just happened to me in the past 30 minutes of the time of this post.

Chronology of events:

  1. at rank 29 of cyac
  2. buy carri rank xp pack to get to vip
  3. ranks me up to 30 and says 0/0 xp
  4. confused, buy the other 2 carri rank xp packs with my remaining commendations. they have no effect
  5. claim rank-up reward from step 3
  6. switches to vip, but says 0/1000 xp

The other 2 carri packages should have gotten me an additional vip rank but seemed to have had no effect. They were somehow blocked by the unclaimed reward package.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    After this happened, did you:

    • Restart the game?

    • Play another match or two?

    • If yes, did your faction rank or XP change in a way that looked like the packs finally applied?

    If the XP from the packs didn't apply correctly, can you share some additional details:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Which faction were you ranking up when this occurred (e.g., CyberAcme, NuCaloric, etc.)?
    • What was your faction rank and XP before buying any C.A.R.R.I. rank XP / reputation packs (for example: “Rank 29, XP bar almost full”)?
    • How many C.A.R.R.I. rank XP / reputation packs did you buy total, and in what order?
    • Roughly how many CyberAcme Commendations did you have:
    • Before buying the first pack?
    • After each pack purchase?

    For each step below, what did your rank and XP bar text show? (If you remember or have screenshots, please describe/attach.)

    • After buying the first pack (the one that took you to VIP / rank 30)
    • After buying each additional pack
    • After claiming the rank-up reward
    • When you bought the second and third C.A.R.R.I. packs, did you have any unclaimed rank-up reward package for that faction?
    • After you claimed that reward, did the XP bar or rank behave any differently?

    If you’re able, could you attach screenshots or a short video showing:

    • The faction rank screen before buying packs

    • The C.A.R.R.I. armory page with the packs you bought

    • The rank/XP bar after each purchase

    • The rank/XP bar after claiming the reward package
