Failure to Connect to Lobby - No error code

I was loading into a lobby and had a deluxe and superior key template in my bag. The game never loaded after multiple attempts to come back and reconnect. Can these items be returned to my vault?

Connection issues like this can be caused by a number of things, and the absence of an error code leads me to think this might have been due to network connectivity issues.

    If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed steps that may help prevent this from reoccurring, just to rule out any potential networking issues. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
