I didnt get to exfil even though I hit the timer for 0
I was in cryo and was on the final exfil and I hit the 0 time and didnt exfil please could I get a gear refund or something this is literally so infuriating I lost a lot of good stuff....I have video proof that I can show it wont let me put it on here

We have taken note of your report and will investigate this on our end.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

Do you happen to know if the other two members of your crew successfully exfilled?
One was able to exfil how ever the other didn’t exfil just like me we were both in and everything… are you saying I’m just not gonna get ANYTHING back? there has gotta be something that can be done I lost so much because of that including a DNA card to do the compiler boss…..
