Can't sign in

I have tried everything, nothing works. Cannot sign in to the game through steam in Finland. It's just permanently stuck signing in.

Hello hi, I assume that you have also tried using a Mobile Hotspot on your phone, and USB Tethering. I'm having the same issue, and this is the only way I am able to play. I did buy a Wi-Fi adapter, and it should arrive in couple of days. As I have been Ethernet this entire time. I also have a friend who fixed this issue just by getting a new router.
