バーター取引の不具合 Barter Transaction Bug
思考波レンズ1個でヒートグレネード4個購入できるMIDAのバーター取引を行ったところ思考波レンズは1個消費されたが、ヒートグレネードがバックパックにも倉庫にも何処にも追加されておらずサルベージ品のみ消費されるバグがありました。
失った思考波レンズ(最低でも5個以上は消費した)は返還されないのでしょうか？
I performed a MIDA barter trade where I exchanged one Thoughtwave Lens for four Heat Grenades. Although the Thoughtwave Lens was consumed, the Heat Grenades were not added to my backpack, warehouse, or anywhere else—there was a bug where only the salvaged items were consumed.
Will the Thoughtwave Lenses I lost (at least five were consumed) not be returned?

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please use “Send to Vault” for these barters, then move the grenades from your Vault to your Backpack, rather than purchasing straight to Backpack.
