What are we going to do about connection issues?
Im losing a lot of loot every other game getting booted to the main menu. I expect to get these kits back

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Please try restarting the game, and if you're still experiencing network-related errors, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting.
