Nucaloric paradigm step 5/5 bugged

I've completed this twice now and it reverts back to incomplete when I extract.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • A screenshot of the exact NuCaloric Paradigm challenge.
    • What you did in the run when it showed 5/5 and whether you got any completion banner in the top right of your screen.
    • Whether it resets right after exfil, after returning to the lobby, or only after restarting the game, and if it goes from 5/5 to 4/5, 0/5, or something else.
    • Any screenshot or short clip showing 5/5 in-run and then the challenge as incomplete afterward.

    Exact same experience, just did this quest twice.

    I thought maybe I missed something the first time. That time it said that I failed to DCON the samples. Its possible I ran out of time without realizing it, but I don't think so.

    Second one I got on replay. Says it completed, then I died. embarrassingly. The quest doesn't say you need to exfil, and I don't think that'd make narrative sense anyway. Quest still shows as incomplete.

    so, I've since tried this quest again and gotten it. I exfiled that time, so maybe that helped? I don't know.

    Although (and maybe this is unrelated), I'm now having trouble with a different quest, Traxus: Unsanctioned Hostilities 2/5, where I'm not getting credit for damage done to other players. Considering these troubles and other reports, I wonder if this is all part of a broader problem with the quest system not getting updated from gameplay under certain conditions.

    This completed when I picked up the 3 samples, but only loaded one into the DCON. I kept the other 2 on me for exfil. I noticed that if I dropped the 2 samples the contract part one unchecked and rechecked when I picked them up again. Not sure if this matters.
