Missing Marathon CE Emblem and Background

I'm still missing the digital rewards from the Collector's Edition.

I've received one email, January 20 from sendowl for a Destiny 2 Emblem: The Secret Weapon x 1, not even sure why.

And I've received the Bungie Store shipping information on January 26, 2026.

But I'm still missing the code for the digital rewards.

    Thanks, is it normal that it takes longer than a week to receive a reply? Contacted them with the detail SAT MAR 28, the mail says 2-3 business days.
